How delivery, online reading and long-term access work after you buy.
How you receive your books
Your account is created at checkout using the email you buy with. As soon as Flutterwave confirms your payment, the book appears in My Library. Open My Library and press Read.
Always sign in with the same email, or the same Google account, that you used to buy. That is how your books stay matched to you.
Online reading only
Books are read inside our protected online reader, on phone, tablet or laptop. A purchase does not include a downloadable or printable file unless the product page clearly says so. Each page shows a faint watermark with the email address of the account reading it.
If you bought from Tomphonics before
If you bought books before our move to this store, sign in with the same email you used then. Your books will be in My Library. If one is missing, send us the original receipt or transaction reference and we will verify the purchase and restore your access.
Duration and availability
Where a product page states a fixed access period, that period applies. Where none is stated, we aim to keep your access for the reasonable commercial life of the book and the store. This is not a promise that every format, technology or third-party service will stay unchanged forever.
We may update books, replace outdated files, improve the reader or briefly interrupt access for security and maintenance. We will take reasonable steps to preserve valid purchases and restore access after any major platform change.
Personal use and account security
Access belongs to the named buyer. You are responsible for protecting your password, email account and devices. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used your account. Repeated simultaneous use, automated copying, account sharing or attempts to bypass the reader may lead to a security review or a temporary restriction.
