Fair remedies for genuine payment, delivery and product problems, without allowing books that have already been read to be returned.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to ebooks, workbooks, planners and other digital products bought directly from the Tomphonics Academy Store. Nothing in this policy removes any remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
When a refund or other remedy is available
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Your payment was confirmed, but the book did not appear in My Library and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time after you tell us.
- You received a book that is materially different from the one described on its product page.
- The book will not open in the reader, or the file is defective, and we cannot repair or replace it.
Change-of-mind requests
Because our books open instantly in the online reader, a change of mind is not normally refundable once a book has been opened.
If you bought the wrong book and have not opened it, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will check the access record and review your request fairly. Any reasonable payment or administrative cost may be deducted where the law allows.
How to request a remedy
Email tomphonics@gmail.com within seven calendar days of your purchase. Include your full name, the email you bought with, the book title, the transaction reference from your payment receipt and a short explanation. Screenshots help us resolve payment and access problems faster.
We may first restore your access, repair the file or replace the book where that fully solves the problem. Approved refunds are started within seven business days, to the original payment method where possible, through our payment processor, Flutterwave. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to complete the refund.
