The rules that govern purchases, accounts and your licence to use what you buy from the Tomphonics Academy Store.
Agreement and eligibility
By placing an order, creating an account or opening a purchased book, you agree to these terms and the other policies listed below. You must give accurate account and purchase information. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make or approve the purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices show in Nigerian Naira for buyers in Nigeria and in US Dollars for buyers elsewhere. The price, currency and book shown at checkout apply to your order. Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. We never see or store your full card details.
Access is granted only after Flutterwave confirms a successful payment. A pending or failed transaction does not create access. If your account was debited without a confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference so we can trace the payment.
Your licence
A purchase gives the named buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to read the book for their own learning and professional practice. Ownership of the content and all intellectual property remains with Tomphonics Academy or the identified rights holder.
- Do not resell, upload, reproduce or distribute any part of a purchased book.
- Do not share your account login or let others read through your account.
- Do not copy, screenshot or photograph pages to share, or try to remove the watermark or bypass the reader.
- School-wide, team or commercial use needs our written permission or the appropriate licence. Email us to arrange one.
Account action and results
We may pause or end access where there is credible evidence of fraud, unlawful use, account sharing, piracy, abuse, or a chargeback made after a book was properly delivered. We will act proportionately and preserve any rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Our books support learning and professional growth, but results depend on the reader, their context and how they apply what they learn. We do not promise a specific income, job, school result or business outcome unless we expressly guarantee it in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them to reflect legal, product or operational changes. The version shown when you buy governs that order, except where a later change is required by law or gives you greater protection.
